A really good approach to integrate non-technical skills into the design of curricula and learning sessions.

It is really gratifying to see that the starting point here are future individual behaviors and attitudes required for the modern world of work.

To this day, much attention continues to be paid to technical learning content and neglects the development of personality and character. Yet we live in such a dynamic world that is strongly characterized by the obsolescence of knowledge.

The examples shown open the eyes for the future design of learning processes, learner-centered!
